I didn’t get this item with my new machine and the dealer said it was on backorder. So instead of waiting I ordered it from cfmotousaparts.com. Well, it was on back order here too but they don’t tell you that until after you pay. The item is as described and arrived in good shape. But taking the money and not providing the product is just bad business.

In stock items will always say “In Stock” or something like “Only 1 left in stock”. Out of stock items will typically show “usually ship in 2-3 weeks”. CFMoto does not provide us an automated ETA for back ordered items so we are not able to show a more exact ETA online.
When items are out of stock you will also see at checkout (and on your order confirmation email) that there are 2 shipping lines – one will say “In Stock Items” the other says “Items with Longer Lead Time”.
I reviewed your orders just to make sure we did not have incorrect information displayed. I was able to confirm that the longer lead time messages were displayed for your orders and were on the order confirmation emailed to you. I apologize for the wait with out of stock items.
