Most orders are packaged and are ready to ship within 1-2 business days of your order.
Items that do not show “In Stock” need to transfer warehouses typically take about 2-3 weeks to ship.

Yes. Most items we can ship to Canada. You are responsible for any tariffs, import fees, taxes, or other charges that may be imposed by the local government or importer. The shipping charge only covers shipping and does not cover any taxes, tariffs, import fees, etc. At the time of shipping if the actual shipping cost is higher than our estimated charge we will contact you to pay the difference. Contact us for a quote prior to ordering.

Yes, to select countries. For countries not listed at checkout you can use a parcel forwarding service with a USA shipping address to place an order. For fastest delivery and lowest shipping cost we recommend using one with a New York shipping address or one in the North Eastern area or East Coast. We ship from New York. While we do not recommend any particular company here are several options:

There are a few things to be aware of for International shipments:

  • We are only responsible for safe intact delivery to your forwarding service. We are no longer responsible for the package after they have received it. Damages and losses after that point should be taken up with your forwarding service.
  • Warrantees. Most US based manufacturers and distributors will not process warranty service on product shipped onside of the US borders. It is safe to assume any warranty is voided when it leaves the country.
  • Returns on international orders are accepted for 30 days from the date of shipment. The customer is responsible for all freight, duties, and fees associated with the return shipment. Be aware this may cost more than the product itself and may not be worth it. Please see our return policy for exclusions.
  • Customs, taxes, and duties charged by your government are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your forwarding service for an idea of what those costs might be. These charges can often exceed expectations.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the parts will fit your machine. Our parts are for USA models which may differ from models sold in other countries. If you order the wrong part it is likely cost prohibitive to return it. Our normal return policy restrictions still apply.

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of shipment (please read our full return policy for details and exclusions). A minimum 20% restocking fee will apply. Please email, chat, or call us with your order number, part number(s) to return, and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless there was an error on our part.

If we provide a return shipping label it will be deducted from the return credit. Do not ship a return without an RGA and the correct return warehouse address. Actual costs of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund. Many times we charge a discounted shipping cost for the original shipment. If you return an item and the outbound shipping cost was greater than you paid, the difference will be deducted from your return. For example, if we charged you $7.95 for shipping and our actual shipping cost was $12 we will deduct $4.05 ($12 minus $7.95) from the value of the return. Please be aware on large, bulky, or heavy items actual shipping costs can be expensive (items like cargo boxes, bumpers, nerf bars, cages, large plastics can range from $60-150 to ship and items shipped by freight can be $250-600, or more).

Items must be unused and in original, unopened packaging. Item cannot have been installed or show any signs of attempted installation. Items are subject to inspection and testing. Additional restocking fees may apply. Electrical or electronic items, engines, long/short blocks, CVT, CVT Components, Clutch Kits, Tunes, ECU, Differential, tools, tires, wheels, batteries, manuals, painted or wrapped plastics, liquids, aerosols, and clothing are not returnable unless a result of a shipping error on our part. Axles with a built in metal dust cover / flange are not returnable due to the high probability of damage in shipping. Items that only fit models prior to 2016 model year are not returnable.

Clearance items, discontinued items, and special orders are not returnable.

Once we start to process an order changes or cancellations typically cannot be made. Processing may involve transferring between warehouses before you receive a shipment notification or tracking number. Once this processing has started changes or cancellations, if possible, will be subject to to a minimum 20% fee. Please note, PayPal does not refund processing fees to us on refunded transactions, so there will always be a cancelation fee on orders paid for with PayPal.

Yes, all of our replacement parts that are labeled “CFMoto OEM” are genuine CFMoto USA OEM parts. We do offer some aftermarket items – these will never say “CFMoto OEM”.

Aftermarket items vary by manufacturer, please contact us to check warranty on a specific item. CFMoto OEM parts are warranted against manufacture defects only for a period of 30 days from the date of shipment. The only warranty remedy is repair, replacement, or refund, at our sole discretion, of the part only. Warranty does not cover loss of use, labor, fluids, incidentals, or any other costs. We may require the defective item back for testing or inspection. Electrical and electronic items, engines, long/short blocks, Differential, and CVTs are only warranted if installed by an authorized dealer. Warranty is void if item is installed on a unit not originally intended for sale in the USA market. Items shipped outside of the USA are not covered by any warranty.

It the issue is shipping damage it must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please take photos of any damaged packing and preserve the package until the claim has been resolved with the shipping company. Please note minor scratches to molded plastics or paint finish on metal parts may occur in transit and is not able to be claimed as damage.

While we try to maintain an accurate catalog, items are subject to change without notice. Due to limited or delayed information from manufactures occasionally items maybe be discontinued, modified, or backordered. If a like substitute part is available with a like cost that item may be sent in its place. If no like part is available your item may be canceled and refunded. Our only liability for discontinued or backordered items is a refund of the purchase price.
